Portland native and lifelong woodworker Dylan Blaize started the company with a single van and one guiding principle. After years in the trades, he knew people needed more than a contractor, they needed someone they could trust. By his mid-20s, Dylan had built a reputation on three simple things: showing up, following through, and getting the job done right.​​
As the business grew, so did the need for a true partner. His fiancée, London, made a pivotal decision to leave a thriving career in event management and join him to build the company together. She brought structure, organization, and clarity to stressful situations, helping homeowners understand what was happening and what came next. Her systems and communication turned one man’s vision into the strong, balanced team they are today.​

A Night That Says Everything About Who We Are
One winter evening around 8 pm, a homeowner in Portland came back from dinner to find water pouring out of her laundry room. A frozen pipe had burst inside the wall. She stood there alone, overwhelmed, with no idea what to do next.
Dylan didn’t hesitate. Within the hour, he was at her door. He shut off the main water line, moved the laundry machines, opened the wall, and prepped the area so an emergency plumber could reach the break. While waiting, he pumped out nearly two inches of standing water and stayed past midnight to make sure the space was safe and drying properly before setting dehumidifiers.
At the same time, London coordinated with the plumber, documented everything for insurance, and kept the homeowner updated step by step as the night unfolded.
By morning, the water was contained and the home was well on its way to a full dry out.
When it was finally quiet again, she looked at us and said,
“You saved my house.”
